Terms & Conditions
- 50% discount is applicable only on Mashreq Grand/Novo Credit Cards & TAP n GO Stickers issued against the Novo Credit Card.
- Mashreq Novo Cardholders are entitled to a maximum of 8 discounted tickets in a calendar month across primary and supplementary cards, booked either at the Box-Office counter, Online (www.novocinemas.com) or Novo Mobile App.
- Additional tickets purchased in the same calendar month will be charged at the full price with the differential cost of each additional ticket billed to the Cardholder in the subsequent Credit Card statement.
- 50% discount is not applicable at the location Galleria-Dubai
- 50% discount is not applicable on ticket types – Novo Sky & 7* (star)
- 50% discount is not applicable on the tickets booked through the E-Kiosks (self-booking machines) placed in the premises of Novo Cinemas
- No discount is applicable for tickets purchased through other Mashreq Credit/Debit Cards
- 50% discount for tickets purchased online will only be provided if the card holder ticks the check-box “I have Mashreq Novo Credit Card” on the “Select Your Tickets” page at www.novocinemas.com. Cardholders can choose only one ticket type in a single transaction, multiple ticket types cannot be selected in a single transaction
- 50% discount for tickets purchased through Mobile App will be provided only if the card holder ticks the check-box “I have Mashreq Novo Card” on the “Book Now” page. Cardholders can choose only one ticket type in a single transaction, multiple ticket types cannot be selected in a single transaction
- Partial redemption of Salaam Entertainment points for purchasing movie tickets is not allowed.
