Cancellation Policy: No cancellation allowed after booking confirmation. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable to another destination once confirmed. Modifications are subject to availability. Validity: Valid Sat-Thu until 30 Sept 2020. Not valid for Friday check-ins. A supplement of AED 100 NET per night is payable at the hotel directly during Eid public holidays. Price for 1,2,4,6 or 8 adults and a maximum of 8 kids depending on option chosen (max 2 children below 12 per room is permitted, where 1 child sleeps sharing existing bedding with parents and 1 other child sleeps on a complimentary extra bed). Please attach your voucher to the email with your full name, check-in date and contact details. If the requested date is not available, alternative dates will be offered. Limit 3 vouchers per guest. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the room to guests that do not provide proper identification. Private Beach Access is from 9am till sunset. Restrictions may be applied based on local authority regulations or restrictions, and may be subject to change. Other Information: The hotel is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Rates are inclusive of all VAT and taxes. No transfers included. Valid for stay in one deluxe single seaview room for 1 adult and 2 children, or one deluxe double seaview room for 2 adults and 2 children, or two deluxe double seaview rooms for 4 adults and 4 children, or three deluxe double seaview rooms for 6 adults and 6 children, or four deluxe double seaview rooms for 8 adults and 8 children, depending on options chosen. Additional persons: Children are considered as such below 12 years of age. Maximum single room occupancy is 1 adult and 2 children under 12: one child sharing existing bedding with parents and another child on a complimentary extra bed. The maximum double room occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children under 12: one child sharing existing bedding with parents and another child on a complimentary extra bed. Each room will be provided with a complimentary extra bed. A maximum of 1 extra bed is permitted in the room.
