Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable to another destination once confirmed. Can buy multiple vouchers as gifts or to extend the stay. Limit of 4 vouchers per stay. Other Information: The hotel is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Excluded tax: 10% service charge, 6% tourism fee and 4% tourism tax (of the room rate) and AED 15 tourism dirham fee per night per room; payable to the hotel directly. Please note that the zoo tickets are not physically provided, but once bought at the zoo by guests, the cost will be reimbursed at the hotel reception – please keep the receipt and present it at the reception desk in order to receive a refund. Zoo ticket refunds will be given as per occupancy of the room. Valid for stay in an executive or deluxe room for 2 adults and 1 child under 6 years old (sharing existing bedding) or in an interconnecting family room for 2 adults and 2 children under 6 years old (sharing existing bedding), depending on option chosen.
