Please give voucher details over the phone. Printed voucher must be presented. Prior booking/cancellation (subject to availability) at least 48 hours in advance. Valid Monday-Wednesday 9am-8pm. Limited availability Friday 4pm-6pm. Please check directly with the clinic. Examination (includes health check) and vaccination is approximately 10 minutes; without issuance of a new vaccination book. Vaccination may be postponed or declined by veterinarian for clinical reasons. In case of no show without a 24-hour cancellation notice, the appointment cannot be rescheduled with the same voucher.
