Prior booking/cancellation (subject to availability) at least 72 hours in advance. Please email a copy of the passport, Emirates ID or UAE driving license. Please include the name, age, weight, hotel name and telephone number, room number and email address. Please attach a copy of the voucher. Reservation confirmation will be sent via email along with the booking confirmation number. 75% refund for cancellations within 48 hours; 50% refund for cancellations within 24 hours. Cancellations within 24 hours of the flight are non-refundable. Subject to technical and weather conditions. If the flight is cancelled by the provider, the customer will be allowed to reschedule. To cancel, please email booking@hotairballoonllc.com. Those weighing more than 120kg will be charged double. Guns, lighters, professional zoom cameras, luggage bags, alcohol and knives are prohibited. Passengers may carry mobile phones, handbags and water bottles, but it will be their responsibility. Must be aged 5-70. Not suitable for pregnant women after the third month of pregnancy. Not suitable for those with serious heart problem, serious knee and back pain, and those who have undergone a major surgery within the past 6 months. Not suitable for those suffering from height phobia. Not suitable for those with mental or emotional disabilities and those with physical impairments. Must sign waiver.
