The Experience

Trekking Guide Team Adventure Pv. Ltd embarks travellers on a trekking adventure which comes complete with a knowledgeable guide to keep groups on the right track while exploring Nepal. Visitors may launch on a journey through the Annapurna mountain range, one of the largest in and around the Himalayas. The trek to the Annapurna Base Camp begins in Pokhara, and includes passing through isolated farms and villages.

Itinerary

Day 1:

Arrival Kathmandu airport
Transfer to hotel
Overnight stay in Kathmandu at Hotel Thamel or Hotel Holy Himalaya on twin sharing basis with breakfast

Day 2:

Early in the morning drive by bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara.
Overnight stay in Pokhara at Hotel Splendid View or similar category on twin sharing basis with breakfast

Day 3:

After breakfast drive to Nayapul through to the Birethanti village
5-hour trek to Ulleri village (1960m)
Overnight stay in tea house

Day 4:

5-hour hike up to Ghorepani though by Rhododendron Forest (2860m)
Overnight stay in tea house

Day 5:

Early in the morning hike up to Poonhill (3210m) to see a sunrise view of the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and Machhapuchhre
Return back and enjoy a 6-hour trek to Chuile (2100m)

5-hour trek to Sinuwa (2360m)

Day 7:

5-hour hike up to Deurali (3200m)

It is recommended that you prepare for the trek by suitable training such as climbing hills or stairs, jogging, and spending some time in the gym to improve your stamina for a few months prior to the trek. If you are quite fit and do sufficient training prior to arriving in Nepal the trek will be enjoyable, and it is suitable for fit people in to their early 60’s.
