The Experience

Trekkers will begin their 16-day adventure with a short flight to Lukla, the gateway of the Everest region, where they can experience the Sherpa life style, and see the river and glacier. The journey will also find adventurers at the Everest Base Camp which offers scenic views of Nuptse, Everest, Lhotse. Day 1: Kathmandu

Arrival at Kathmandu airport and transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay

Day 2: Kathmandu

Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley (Swayambhunath and Boudhanath, Pashupatinath Temple and Patan Durbar Square)
Overnight stay in Kathmandu

Day 3: Lukla; Phakding

Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and trekking to Phakding (about 5 hours, altitude: 2,610 m)

Day 4: Namche Bazaar

Hiking up to Namche Bazaar (5 hours: 3,440 m) with opportunity to see the snow-topped peaks of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and Taweche
