The Experience
During this five-day tour, travellers get immersed in the rich culture and history of Vietnam and take in picturesque landscapes as they’re guided through Hanoi, Halong Bay and Ninh Binh province. Guests will spend three nights in a three- or four-star hotel, depending on the option chosen. One night will be spent on a Halong Bay cruise during which holidaymakers will have a chance to meet fishing villagers and discover the natural wonders of the area.
The Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi
- Arrival in Hanoi and transfer to the hotel
- Leisure time for the rest of the day
- Overnight stay in Hanoi
Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay (meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- In the morning, transfer to the pier for a Halong Bay cruise
- Cruise briefing
- Tuck into lunch on board while cruising among the limestone islands
- Explore the Sung Sot cave and enjoy kayaking before returning to the boat to continue cruising
- Enjoy sunset party on the boat’s sundeck, have dinner and socialise with the other travellers while playing board games, fishing for squid or simply relaxing and taking the views in
- Overnight stay on the boat
Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi (meals: breakfast and lunch)
- Start the day with tai chi exercises on board or take some snaps on a photo hunt
- Enjoy breakfast on board surrounded by the peaceful views of the bay
- Continue the cruise to Titov Island, go for a swim, relax on the beach or climb up to the top of a hill to see the bay from a different perspective
- Return to the boat for some further exploration of the bay – pass Ba Hang fishing village, Dog Islet and more
- Watch fruit carving demonstration, take part in a cooking class and enjoy traditional Vietnamese lunch while heading back to the harbour
- Disembarkation and transfer back to Hanoi
- Overnight stay in Hanoi
Day 4: Hanoi – Hoalu – Tamcoc Tour (meals: breakfast and lunch)
- Head to Ninh Binh Province
- Arrive in Hoa Lu and visit King Dinh and King Le’s temples before proceeding to Tam Coc Wharf
- After lunch, take a boat tour passing through caves and by countryside landscapes
- Head back to Tam Coc Wharf, take a bike tour around the village and return to Hanoi
- Overnight stay in Hanoi
Day 5: Departure (meals: breakfast)
- After breakfast, transfer to the airport; the tour ends

The Fine Print:
Cancellation Policy: Modifications possible, subject to room availability. No cancellation allowed after booking confirmation. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable to another destination once confirmed. Validity: Valid for arrivals until 30 Dec 2020. Blackout date 23-27 Jan 2020.
