Learn the art of self-defense during a month of karate sessions for kids and adults, with classes lasting one hour
The Deal
Guests can work out to keep fit and learn self defense at the same time with these hour-long karate classes. Every session starts with warming up exercises which helps to increase heart-rate and energy levels as well as essential muscular stretching needed to perform karate techniques without getting hurt. The sport also includes many cardio and yogic exercises for a comprehensive work out. Kids can attend sessions seven days a week, while adult sessions run from Sunday to Wednesday.
Choose Between Two Options
- AED 79 for one-month karate class membership for one child (5 – 15 years old)
- AED 99 for one-month karate class membership for one adult (16 years and above)
The Merchant
Middle East Karate Academy teaches the martial arts to people of all ages and levels of ability. Their instructors aim to impart both the physical and mental benefits to their students, teaching discipline, building confidence and giving them valuable self defense skills. Customers can choose from a range of classes seven days a week for kids and adults alike.

Buying a Uniform is not compulsory, but if someone wants to buy it is available for 150 AED. Free registration for all Special Deal users. Eight sessions over the period of one month. Children can do two one hour sessions weekly and adults can do three one hour sessions weekly. Each class lasts for 1 hour. Schedule – Kids: Sat to Fri, 4pm to 5pm; 5.10pm to 6.10pm; 6.20pm to 7.20pm. Sat: 9.30am to 10.30am; 10.30am to 11.30am. Adults – Sun to Wed, 8.30pm to 9.30pm.
