Cancellation Policy: No modification or cancellation allowed after booking confirmation. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed. If the requested dates are not available, an alternative date will be offered. Validity: Valid until 30 Sep 2020. Not valid during Eid or UAE public holidays. Price for 2, 4 or 6 adults depending on the option chosen. Booking: Must book at least 48 hours in advance and by 28 Sep 2020. Booking required by phone: 06 766 4600 (Sun-Thu between 9am-6pm) or by email: reservationbr@royalresidenceuaq.com, and subject to availability. Please present your voucher on arrival. Limit 10 vouchers per person. May buy multiple vouchers to extend stay or as gifts. Combining vouchers to extend the stay is only valid if done at the time of original booking. Dreamland Admission Policy: Each voucher entitles to a one-day admission only. The voucher should be stamped at the front office and is valid for use up to 3 months from the check-in date. Only the vouchers with an original stamp and carrying details of the guest will be honoured by the park. Lockers and sunbeds are available for free and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-serve basis. All water rides are free except for use of the Sports Games, Tennis Court, food and beverages consumptions, as well as other auxiliary services. Fridays and public holidays are strictly family days. Bachelors will be restricted. Mixed groups are allowed. Children under 0.8 meters can enter free of charge; there is a surcharge for children taller than 0.8 meters and under 12 years. Other Information: The hotel is located in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. City tax and VAT included. No transfers included. Valid for stay in a 1-bedroom villa for 2 adults, 2-bedroom villa for 4 adults or 3-bedroom villa for 6 adults depending on the option chosen. Additional persons: Maximum 1 additional child (under 5 years old) may eat and stay free in the 1-bedroom villa when sharing existing bedding (excludes Aquapark tickets). Maximum 2 additional children (under 5 years old) may eat and stay free in the 2-bedroom villa when sharing existing bedding (excludes Aquapark tickets). Maximum 3 additional children (under 5 years old) may eat and stay free in the 3-bedroom villa when sharing existing bedding (excludes Aquapark tickets). Infants below 2 years old eat, sleep and enter the park free of charge. A surcharge applies for children aged 5-12 – please contact the hotel directly for details. Extra bed is available for an additional AED 50, or AED 175 for an extra bed, breakfast and tickets. Maximum one extra bed is permitted in the room.
