The Experience
Travellers hungry for exotic flavours can get a taste of Cambodia with this five- or seven-day tour. Tour of Phnom Penh will provide more insight into the country’s history, while Siem Reap treats the eyes to ancient temples and palaces. Five-Day Tour Itinerary
Day 1:
- Arrival in Phnom Penh and transfer to the hotel
- Leisure time for the rest of the day
Day 2:
- Learn more about a painful chapter in Cambodian history with a visit in the Tuol Sleng Prison Museum and the ‘Killing Fields’ of ChoeungEk
- After lunch at a traditional restaurant, explore the myriad of stalls at PsarToul Tom Pong, also known as the ‘Russian Market’, offering a whole variety of virtually anything
- Board a one-hour cruise on the River Mekong
Day 3:
- Take a bus transfer to Siem Reap
- Overnight stay in the hotel
Day 4:
- Head to Angkor Thom area dotted with temples and ancient wonders
- After lunch, continue the journey to the world-famous Angkor Wat Temple which was built between 9th and 13th century
- Before heading back to the hotel, make a stop at Bakheng Hill, a temple mountain dedicated to Shiva
Day 5:
- Breakfast and leisure time
- Transfer to the airport; the tour ends

Day 5:
- Enjoy a Tonle Sap floating village boat trip and visit Les Artisan D’ Angkor, an educational centre training people in traditional skills of stone and wood carving, lacquer and silk weaving before heading to Angkor Silk Farm
- Unwind with a traditional Khmer massage for one hour and proceed for a tour of the local market
Day 6:
- Free time in Siem Reap

- Breakfast and leisure time
- Transfer to the airport; the tour ends

Price per person based on double occupancy (double or twin room shared with another person). Must buy two vouchers to complete the booking. Booking: Mandatory booking required.
