The Experience
During this four-day tour, holidaymakers discover the gems of Baku, including the Martyrs’ Alley memorial, Rasul-Zade Street, Fountain Square, and more. They are also invited to explore the historic sights of Gabala, the capital of the Qabala Rayon, known for its mountainous landscape and diverse fauna. Taking advantage of their time in Baku, travellers can also indulge in traditional food and browse the local markets in search of souvenirs. Guests are accommodated in All Stars Hotel in Baku.
The Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Baku
- Arrive in Baku, be met and greeted by the local representative and head to the hotel; after checking in at the hotel, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure
Day 2: Gabala Tour
- After breakfast, embark on a full-day tour of Gabala, a city in northern Azerbaijan known for its imposing gate towers, ancient ruins and medieval monuments
Day 3: Baku Tour
- After breakfast at the hotel embark on a full-day tour of Baku. (the tour usually starts at the Freedom Square, located in the city centre, close to the Government House and Seaside Boulevard; guests can be also picked up from the hotel)
- The tour covers:
- Passage through the main streets and avenues of the modern part of Baku, exploring the architectural and sculptural monuments of the city (19th and 20th century)
- Visiting the Martyrs’ Alley memorial, Shyahidlyar Hiyabany
- Viewing the panorama of Baku and Baku Bay from the top of the Mountain Park
- Walking tour and learning about the history and architectural heritage of the city: Nizami Street (shopping), Fountain Square, Nizami Ganjavi monument, and Rasul-Zade Street
Day 4: Flight Back Home
- After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and heading to the airport for a departure flight
The Fine Print:
Cancellation Policy: No modification or cancellation allowed after booking confirmation. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable to another destination once confirmed. Validity: Valid from 14 to 17 Jun 2018. Price per person (pp) based on double occupancy. You must buy 2 vouchers min. to complete the booking. For single occupancy rates, please contact the agent directly for supplement charges. Booking: Must book within 5 days before departure date and maximum by 9 Jun 2018. You will receive confirmation of your reservation by the merchant by email after filling out the online form. Limit of 5 vouchers per person. Can buy multiple vouchers as gifts but not to extend the stay. Transportation details: Valid for flights from Sharjah International Airport to Heydar Aliyev International Airport. Luggage allowance: 20kg of check-in luggage and 7kg of carry-on luggage. Valid for stay in a double room (room sharing basis). Other Information: The hotel is located in Baku, Azerbaijan. A valid passport with 6 months validity is mandatory. For visa requirements please check here. Additional persons: Maximum room occupancy is 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (1 child aged 5 and below and 1 child under 11 years old).
